Frozen Yogurt Pops

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blended berries or pureed mango
  • Optional: honey for sweetness

Instructions:

  • Blend together, pour into molds, and freeze for 3-4 hours. That’s it!

Smoothie Bowls

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or juice
  • Optional: Greek yogurt for extra creaminess

Instructions:

  • Blend ingredients together until thick and smooth. You want a scoopable texture, not too runny.
  • Pour into a bowl and smooth our the top with a spoon.
  • Add soft toppings like:
    • Sliced bananas or berries
    • A dollop of smooth peanut butter
    • A sprinkle of softened granola or crushed graham crackers

  • Zucchini
  • Bell peppers

  • Eggplant
